The rapid changes in the economy and society, the balance between business and regulations, and emerging market dynamics and policy measures have made law and legal strategy important like never before. It also demands a new approach to teaching and understanding law that works towards creating solutions for maintaining order and handling disagreements that confront business and society. PES University aims to set new standards of excellence and relevance in legal education.
Faculty of Law was established in the year 2017 under the benign patronage of Late Dr. M.R Doreswamy, Founder, PES Institutions, with a vision of establishing a Global Law School. The Faculty of Law offers five years integrated law programs, three year LLB program as well as Master of Laws (LL.M.) program.
The faculty of Law at PES offers five-year integrated BA-LL.B (Hons), BBA-LL.B (Hons) program spread over ten semesters, as well as a 3-year LLB (Hons) program and postgraduate LL.M. The curricula is designed and oriented to impart education in contemporary Business Management, Accounting, Laws and Legal procedures.
