Why Law @ PESU

Faculty of Law was established in the year 2017 under the benign patronage of Dr. M.R Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University with a vision of establishing a Global Law School. 

The Faculty of Law offers five years integrated law  programs spread across ten semesters and One-year LLM program in three specializations (Constitutional Law &  Administrative Law, Corporate Law & Trade Law and Intellectual Property Right & Trade Law).


The rapid changes in the economy and society, the balance between business and regulations, and emerging market dynamics and policy measures have made law and legal strategy important like never before. It also demands a new approach to teaching and understanding law that works towards creating solutions for maintaining order and handling disagreements that confront business and society. PES University aims to set new standards of excellence and relevance in legal education.

The faculty of Law at PES offers five year integrated BA, LL.B (Hons), BBA, LL.B (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) program spread over ten semesters. The curricula is designed and oriented to impart education in contemporary Business Management, Accounting, Laws and Legal procedures.
