On the second day, the panel comprising of Prof. Dr. Y. Satyanarayana, Founder Vice-Chancellor, DSNLU, Vishakhapatnam and Prof. V.S. Mallar, NLSIU Bangalore moderated the discussions on Transformative Constitutionalism and Judicial Review and Indian Judiciary.
